01About Himalaya

Corrugated Box Manufacturer and Supplier in Ahmedabad

Himalaya Packaging started out supplying corrugated boxes to industry around Ahmedabad. We still make boxes. What changed is how we quote them.

Most of this trade sells by size and quantity. We work the other way round: the load, the journey and the handling come first, and the board specification follows from them. Ply, grade, bursting strength and flute are agreed in writing, and you approve a physical sample before a bulk run is cut.

Corrugating, offset printing, die-cutting and finishing all happen under one roof, so there is no print vendor in the chain and lead times hold. That combination — heavy board and four-colour offset in the same plant — is what lets us take on industrial and export work that a commodity converter has to turn away.

What buyers ask before they order corrugated boxes

What ply should I choose for my product?
It depends on weight, stacking height and transit distance rather than on the product itself. As a rough guide, 3 ply suits light goods, 5 ply handles most industrial loads, and 7 to 9 ply is for heavy castings, long export routes or high pallet stacks. Send us the part weight and the journey and we will specify it properly.
Can you match a box we already use?
Yes. Send a sample or the existing specification and we will match the dimensions, board grade and print, or tell you where it can be improved for the same cost.
Do you provide a sample before bulk production?
Always. You approve a physical sample tested with your actual product before any bulk run is committed. Nothing goes to production on a drawing alone.
Can you print our branding on the boxes?
Yes — offset printing is done in house, up to four colours, so there is no third-party print vendor in the chain and lead times hold.
Which parts of India do you supply?
All of it. We dispatch by road to plants and warehouses nationwide, and handle export consignments on request. Freight is quoted with the boxes so you see the delivered cost, not just the ex-works price, and repeat orders run to an agreed schedule.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the box size and whether it is printed or plain. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the minimum along with the price.
