Corrugated Shipper Cartons for Packaged Food and Ingredients

Packaged food moves in corrugated shippers: cartons of snack packs, pouches, jars and tins, or bulk ingredients bound for other plants. They are stacked high in warehouses and distribution centres, checked against product marks at every stage, and have to arrive with the packs inside unmarked.

We make outer shipper cartons for food processors and distributors — sized to the pack count, specified for the stack, and printed with product and handling marks. The shipper does not touch the food; small printed food and bakery boxes are supplied through our other website, boxmanufacturers.co.in.

What food processing buyers ask

Do you make boxes that touch the food?
No. We make the corrugated shippers that carry packed food, and we do not claim food-contact board. Small printed food and bakery boxes are supplied through our other website, boxmanufacturers.co.in.
Can you make shippers for jars and bottles?
Yes. Die-cut partitions give each jar or bottle its own cell, sized from your container and the count per shipper.
Do you make shippers for food exports?
Yes. For export consignments we specify the shipper for the sea route and print shipping marks in our own plant.
Can shippers stay the same size for our packing line?
Yes. Shippers are made to the approved specification, and repeat orders to the same one, so the size stays constant from run to run.
Do you provide a sample before bulk production?
Always. You get a physical sample made to the proposed specification to test with your own packs. Nothing goes to bulk production on a drawing alone.
