01What we build
Corrugated packaging specified to the load, made under one roof
Everything we supply is corrugated board, and we go deep on it rather than wide. Board construction from 3 to 9 ply, four flute profiles, four-colour offset printing and custom die-cutting all run in our own plant in Ahmedabad.
That matters for industrial work because the variables interact. A heavier board changes what the print press can do; an insert changes how the box stacks; an export route changes the grade you need. When one plant controls all of them, the specification you approve is the box you receive — on the first run and the fiftieth.

02Board selection
Choosing ply and flute for the load
A starting point, not a rule. Weight, stacking height, transit distance and humidity all move the answer — send us the load and we will specify it.
Ply construction

Flute profiles

Multi-wall boards combine profiles — for example B and C flutes together in a 5 ply board — to balance stacking strength against puncture resistance.

Six capabilities, one supplier
Each one is run in house, so there is no second vendor between your specification and your delivery.

Heavy duty construction
5, 7 and 9 ply boards for high stacking loads, sharp-edged castings and long transit routes where a standard 3 ply will collapse. Board grade and flute combination are chosen for the load, and stated on the specification you approve.

Offset printing, in house
Up to four-colour offset on corrugated — a capability most converters do not have. Branded outer packaging, handling marks and product identification printed in the same plant that makes the board, with no separate print vendor in the chain.

Custom die-cut profiles, partitions and fitted inserts that hold components in place, so nothing shifts, rubs or rattles in transit. Built around your part rather than a standard size.

Laminated finishes for printed packaging, and handle boxes for loads that are carried rather than palletised — finished and packed in the plant, ready for dispatch.

Boxes specified for sea freight and long storage — moisture behaviour, stacking inside a container and handling at both ends considered at the design stage, not after a damaged consignment.
