What is the difference between 3, 5 and 7 ply?

Ply is the number of paper layers — liners plus fluted layers. 3 ply has one fluted wall and suits light goods; 5 ply has two and handles most industrial loads; 7 ply has three, for heavier loads and higher stacks.

Which flute should I choose?

A flute gives the most cushioning and stacking strength, B resists puncture and prints well, and C sits between them. Multi-wall boards combine profiles. We choose the combination for your load and route.

Can you match a box we already use?

Yes. Send a sample or the existing specification and we will match the dimensions, board grade and print, or tell you where it can be improved for the same cost.

Do you make plain and printed corrugated boxes?

Both. Plain kraft boxes for general shipping, or printed with handling marks, part numbers or your brand in up to four colours, in our own plant.
