01About these terms
This website is operated by Himalaya Packaging, 25, Gopinath Industrial Estate, Behind Pawan Estate, Bakrol Bujrang, Ahmedabad 382433, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”). “You” means the person or business using the site or sending us an enquiry.
02Using the website
You may use this site to learn about our products and services and to contact us. You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to send false or misleading enquiries;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
- interfere with the site’s operation, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it;
- copy or scrape the site’s content in bulk, by automated means or otherwise.
03Information on this site
We work to keep the site accurate, but its content is general information, not an offer. Figures such as ply ranges, board grades and bursting strengths describe what we are able to make; the specification that applies to your order is the one agreed with you in writing. Product images are illustrative renders and may differ from the finished box in colour, print and detail.
04Enquiries and quotations
- An enquiry through this site, by phone, email or WhatsApp does not create an order or any obligation on either side.
- Our quotations are based on the information you give us — load, dimensions, quantity, route and handling. If that information changes, the specification and price may change too.
- Each quotation states the specification, price and the period for which it is valid. Where a quotation and this website differ, the quotation applies.
05Samples and orders
- Before a bulk run we supply a physical sample made to the proposed specification for you to test with your product.
- An order is confirmed only when we have your written approval of the specification and sample, and we have acknowledged your order in writing.
- Bulk production is made to the approved specification. Changes requested after approval may affect the price and the delivery date, and we will confirm both before proceeding.
- Specific terms for an order — including payment, tolerances and delivery — are those set out in our quotation and order acknowledgement.
06Prices, taxes and delivery
Prices are as stated on our quotation. GST and any other applicable taxes are charged as required by law. Where we quote a delivered price, freight to the stated destination is included; otherwise the quotation states how freight is handled. Delivery dates are our best estimate at the time of order and depend on sample approval, board availability and transport.
07Your artwork
When you send us logos, artwork or brand material to print, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We use your artwork only to produce your order, and we do not use your brand in our own marketing without your permission.
08Our content
The text, images, graphics, logo and design of this website belong to Himalaya Packaging or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use, such as evaluating us as a supplier. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
09Links to other sites
The site links to services we do not control, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
10Liability
We aim to keep the website available and error-free but cannot guarantee it will always be so. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its general information in place of a written specification. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Our responsibilities for goods we supply are governed by the quotation and order acknowledgement for that order.

12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
