What hardware & tools buyers ask

Why do hardware cartons need heavier board?

Because the weight is concentrated. A small carton of fasteners can outweigh a large carton of most goods, so the board and the closure are chosen for the filled weight, not the carton size.

Can you add partitions for mixed items?

Yes. Die-cut partitions separate items so they do not scratch or tangle, and help spread the load across the base.

Can you print size and count on the box?

Yes. Product, size, count and brand marks are printed in our own plant.

Do you provide a sample before bulk production?

Always. You get a physical sample made to the proposed specification to test with your own product. Nothing goes to bulk production on a drawing alone.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the box size and whether it is printed or plain. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the minimum along with the price.
