Tiles are dense, brittle and packed heavy. A carton of floor tiles can outweigh most industrial loads of its size, and it is stacked high on pallets and in containers. The corners and edges take the damage — and a chipped edge is a rejected tile.

Gujarat’s Morbi cluster makes most of India’s ceramic tiles, and much of it ships for export. We specify tile boxes for the weight per carton, the stacking height and the route — board grade and flute chosen for compression, and a construction that protects the edges where tiles break.

What ceramics & tiles buyers ask

What ply do tile boxes need?

It depends on carton weight and stack height. Most tile cartons need 5 ply or more; heavy formats and high export stacks may need 7 ply. Send the tile size, pieces per carton and stack height and we will specify it.

Can you print our brand and tile details on the box?

Yes. Brand, size, grade, shade and batch marks are printed in our own plant, in up to four colours.

Do you deliver to Morbi?

We deliver by road across Gujarat and India, and Morbi is within road reach of our Ahmedabad plant. Freight is quoted with the boxes, so you see the delivered price.

Can you make boxes for sanitaryware?

Yes. Sanitaryware is bulky and fragile, so we size the box and fitments to the piece and specify the board for its weight. Send the dimensions and weight.

Do you provide a sample before bulk production?

Yes. You get a physical sample made to the proposed specification to fill with your tiles and test before any bulk run.
