Corrugated Packaging for Auto Parts and Components

Auto components are heavy for their size, often oily, and full of sharp edges and machined faces that have to arrive unmarked. A carton that works for consumer goods fails here: flanges puncture the board, oil softens it, and parts that can move inside the box rub against each other on the way to the line.

We specify boxes for component suppliers from the part up — heavy board for weight and stacking, die-cut inserts and partitions that give each part its own position, and printed part numbers and handling marks. Our plant in Ahmedabad is within road reach of the Sanand–Becharaji auto belt, and we supply by road across India.

Loose parts rub, chip and scratch machined faces between your dock and the assembly line.

Oil and grease

Residual oil soaks into kraft board and softens it, taking stacking strength with it.

A board grade chosen with that loss in mind — tell us if parts ship oiled.

What automotive & components buyers ask

Can you make partitions for small components like bearings or gears?

Yes. Die-cut partitions give each part its own cell so parts never touch. We size the cells from your part drawings or samples, and you approve a physical sample before bulk production.

Do you supply VCI or anti-rust packaging?

We make the corrugated box. If your parts need corrosion protection such as VCI film or paper, tell us — we size the box and insert so the protection fits inside.

Can the boxes carry our part numbers?

Yes. Part numbers, supplier codes and handling marks are printed in our own plant, in up to four colours.

Do you provide a sample before bulk production?

Yes. You get a physical sample made to the proposed specification to test with your actual part — on your line if needed — before any bulk run.

Can you supply returnable packaging?

We make corrugated boxes, and heavier board survives repeated handling better than light cartons. For fully returnable systems in plastic or steel, corrugated is not the right material, and we will say so.
