Heavy Duty Boxes for Machined Parts and Equipment

Pumps, valves, motors, castings and machined assemblies share three problems: they are heavy, they are irregular, and their finished surfaces must not be marked. Standard cartons are sized for boxes of goods, not for a part with a flange on one side and a shaft on the other.

We build boxes around the part — die-cut inserts that locate it, heavy board that carries it, and a footprint that suits your pallet or container. You approve a physical sample with the real part before any bulk run.

What engineering & machinery buyers ask

Can corrugated carry a small but very heavy part?

Often, yes. Heavy duty board in 7 or 9 ply with an insert that spreads the load across the base carries far more than a standard carton. Send the part weight and dimensions and we will specify it — and test it on a sample.

When should we use a wooden crate instead?

For very heavy machinery a wooden crate can be the right answer, and we will say so. Heavy duty corrugated covers a wide range of parts and is lighter and cheaper to ship than a crate; send the weight and route and we will tell you which side of the line it falls.

Can boxes fit our existing pallets?

Yes. We plan the box footprint around the pallet and container you already use.

Do you provide a sample before bulk production?

Yes. You approve a physical sample with the real part before any bulk run, so the insert and the board are proven on your product.

Which parts of India do you supply?

All of India, by road from our plant in Ahmedabad, with export consignments handled on request. Freight is quoted with the boxes, so you see the delivered price.
